The WCDS (Welfare Client Data Systems) Subcommittee manages the CalWIN System and is governed by the CalSAWS JPA Board of Directors.  The Subcommittee was disbanded after the migration to the CalSAWS system.  Users may also click here to view archived meeting materials.
