Release 19.07 automated the Medi-Cal Request for Information Form (MC 355) and added Child Welfare Programs to the Business Intelligence Dashboard for case management tracking and metrics. Release 19.07 also included an update so that the Nutrition Benefit program can be sent via eICT (electronic inter-county transfer).

Release 19.05 introduced the new Nutrition Benefit program to LRS and C-IV.

With Release 19.03, a Staff Management report was expanded, and the Disaster CalFresh Application and Reporting was updated.

CalHEERS Release 19.02 updated MAGI Immigration and Citizenship statuses and upgraded the VLP Interface.

Release 19.01 continued enhancing functionality related to ACL 18-75 (Long Term Funding for Emergency Caregivers with Placements of Children Prior to RFA Approval) and implemented new eligibility for victims of domestic abuse and temporary homeless assistance.

Release 18.11 implemented an auto-rescission for Medi-Cal programs where the RE packet is received after 10-day cutoff. Additionally, added functionality allows Authorized Representatives to be designated for CalWORKs, RCA, CalFresh, Medi-Cal, and General Assistance/General Relief programs.

LRS – With Release 18.09, LRS gained an enhancement to Deemed Eligible Functionality and the DPSS Mobile App.

C-IV – With Release 18.09, C-IV gained an enhancement to Deemed Eligible Functionality and continued the translation effort for CalWORKs and CalFresh NOAs.

LRS – Release 18.07 implemented threshold languages for CalWORKs Homeless Assistance NOAs and modified the treatment of GR Interim Assistance Payment as a Recoupment against CAPI benefits.

C-IV – Release 18.07 aligned eICT CalWORKs and CalFresh redetermination due dates with the due dates from the sending county and modified the GEN 2000 form.

LRS – With CalHEERS Release 18.06, LRS added eligibility evaluation reasons from CalHEERS to trigger MAGI Denial/Discontinuance Notices.

LRS – Release 18.05 updated the Inter-County Transfer process and automated LA County General Relief forms.

C-IV – Release 18.05 updated the Inter-County Transfer process and allowed for customizable Lobby Monitor Screens at the office level.

LRS – Release 18.03 made updates to the ‘Customer Reporting’ page and CalLearn Eligibility Criteria.

C-IV – Release 18.03 continued the translation effort for CalWORKs and CalFresh NOAs and created a Web Service on C4Yourself to pull benefits information.

LRS – CalHEERS Release 18.02 added a new Fiscal Interface for DCFS Voucherless Vendors data and updated the ‘MAGI Budget Detail’ page to support new Eligible Type codes.

LRS – With Release 18.01, Property Logic for the GR program was added and the YBN GR Application was enhanced. The DPSS at a Glance Business Intelligence Data Warehouse dashboard was created.

C-IV – Release 18.01 implemented Team Managed Caseloads for tasks and updated C4Yourself Renewals.
