Professional Experience

James began his career with San Bernardino County as an Eligibility Worker in 1996. He has held various positions within the agency, including TAD Operations Manager, Deputy Director, Assistant Director until being appointed the Director in May 2024.

Education

James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix and is a graduate of the Southern Consortium of Human Services.

Family

James has a beautiful wife named Nancy, and three lovely children: Victoria, James, and John.
