During this holiday season, the CalSAWS project would like to offer well wishes and joy to our counties, communities, and stakeholders. May you celebrate the season of giving safely, as we continue to be physically distant amid the Coronavirus pandemic.

In addition to doing your part every day to help get benefits distributed to families in need, we are offering an opportunity to directly impact our neighbors, near and far, who may or may not be receiving benefits, but are definitely in need this holiday season. On behalf of CalSAWS, the following charities are being supported with a donation effort, so we can show the power of ONE CalSAWS team coming together for the good of our neighbors.

If you choose to donate, here are the details about our chosen charity, and how to donate:

  • Sacramento Children’s Home
    • Holiday Giving Program supporting Sacramento’s most vulnerable children and families in a safe and supportive way. Various virtual ways to give (gift cards, donations, adopt a family, etc. can be found at their website: https://www.kidshome.org/holiday-2020/
