CALSAWS QUALITY ASSURANCE SERVICES PROCUREMENT
ANNOUNCEMENT

To All Interested Vendors:

Please be advised that the CalSAWS Consortium is currently preparing to release a new Request for Proposals (RFP). The RFP will solicit proposals from qualified contractors to perform Quality Assurance (QA) Services for the existing CalSAWS System (including BenefitsCal). The purpose of the procurement, and scope of the RFP, is to acquire a Contractor to transition the existing QA Services and provide ongoing QA Services for CalSAWS Maintenance and Operations (M&O) and BenefitsCal M&O.

The full RFP will be posted to the CalSAWS website on Monday, August 11, 2025 and accessible via the following link: CalSAWS Procurement Listings.

Potential vendors are encouraged to prepare for the upcoming procurement process by reviewing the recent CalSAWS and BenefitsCal M&O procurement documents located at CalSAWS Procurement Listings.
